Recipe for Clarity in Your Gut
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 180ml of Kefir (non-vegan) or Water Kefir (vegan)
- 1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
- 2 TBSP of Flax Seeds
- 1 TBSP of MCT Oil Powder
WHAT TO DO:
- Add 1 TBSP of Chia Seeds to 180ml of coconut water and let it sit for 15 minutes so the Chia Seeds become gelatin-like
- In a blender,
- Break CLARITY smoothie pouch into pieces
- Add 180ml of Kefir (non-vegan) or Water Kefir (vegan) mixture
- Add 2 TBSP of Flax Seeds
- Combine 1 TBSP of MCT Oil Powder
- Blend until smooth
