Shipping policy
Please note, we do not currently deliver Products to every location, so please visit our Pricing page to see if we deliver to your area.
Delivery occurs once a week. Orders placed by Mondays at 5pm will be processed on Tuesday for a Wednesday/Thursday delivery.
Standard Home Delivery may take 2-4 days.
Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Please ensure that you provide a physical street address for Standard Home Delivery or Next Business Day Home Delivery. Next Business Day Home Delivery is available in select areas of Ontario only and may not be available for certain Products.
Delivery times may be affected by weather or order volumes. Orders must be paid in full before they are delivered to their destination.
You will be contacted by email once your order has shipped.
Shipping is free for orders over $50 for any purchases made for delivery to Quebec and Ontario. At this time, we are unable to deliver outside of Quebec and Ontario
Orders are delivered once a week. Customers will be told the day of his delivery upon completion of their purchase. Living Farmacy Inc. cannot be held responsible if a box is not recovered in this place. If an order item is damaged during shipping, is incorrect, or missing, you must immediately contact Living Farmacy Inc. at kim@livingfarmacy.com
