Ingredients for an Enhanced Protein Smothie.
- 2 TBSP of Hemp Seeds
- 1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP of Moringa Powder
- 1/2 Avocado
- Squeeze of a lemon or lime
WHAT TO DO:
- Add to 1 TBSP of Chia Seeds to 180ml of water and allow it to sit in mixture for 10 minutes
- Squeeze lemon or lime on 1/2 avocado to prevent browning
- Add to blender:
- LOVE smoothie (break into pieces to prevent blender from spinning)
- 2 TBSP of Hemp Seeds
- 1 TBSP of Moringa Powder
- 1/2 Avocado
- Mixture of Chia Seeds and Water
