How to create an enhanced protein smoothie, with LOVE.

Transform the LOVE craft smoothie into a muscle building green machine enhanced protein smwothie ith 18g of all natural protein from superfoods!

Ingredients for an Enhanced Protein Smothie.

  • 2 TBSP of Hemp Seeds
  • 1 TBSP of Chia Seeds
  • 1 TBSP of Moringa Powder
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Squeeze of a lemon or lime

WHAT TO DO:

  • Add to 1 TBSP of Chia Seeds to 180ml of water and allow it to sit in mixture for 10 minutes
  • Squeeze lemon or lime on 1/2 avocado to prevent browning
  • Add to blender:
    • LOVE smoothie (break into pieces to prevent blender from spinning) 
    • 2 TBSP of Hemp Seeds
    • 1 TBSP of Moringa Powder
    • 1/2 Avocado
    • Mixture of Chia Seeds and Water
  • Blend until smooth

1 TBSP of Chia Seeds = 3g of protein 30g (2 TBSP) of Hemp Seeds = 10g of Protein

 

TIP:

to make drink a protein-based sports drink, instead of water use coconut water for the added electrolytes.
